Scientific approach
Using Toxoplasma gondii to deliver therapeutic proteins to the brain. Throughout the infection, T. gondii is able to actively migrate to the brain and produce and secrete effector proteins into the host neuron cells and into the extracellular brain environment, making it a promising vehicle for protein replacement therapy.

Rett syndrome.
Various monogenic loss of function neurodevelopment and neurological pathologies.
